Janice Spooner

Janice Spooner, Artistic Director

Janice Spooner is a Richland H.S. graduate and attended North Texas State University, receiving a B.A. in English and Spanish. She is a retired Spanish teacher and performs with the New Philharmonic Orchestra of Irving, Northeast Orchestra, Fort Worth Civic Orchestra, the Philharmonic Winds, the Gold 'n Ivory Duo, ¡Todo Tango!, the Treble Makers, and the Texas Old Guard Fife & Drum Corps.

Felix Torres
Felix Torres, Conductor

Felix Torres lives in Arlington and graduated from TCU. He has been the Associate Conductor and the Music Director of the Sinfonietta of Fort Worth, the Graduate Assistant and the Assistant Conductor of the TCU Orchestra, the Apprentice Conductor of the Fort Worth Symphony, and a conductor of the Arlington High School orchestras. He is currently the conductor of the Mesquite Symphony Orchestra and the new director of the East Texas Youth Orchestra.
